    Appalling customer service I ordered a sheepskin rug online to collect next day from the Preston store. When I got there I was told that the last rug I had reserved had been sold to another customer in store that morning before they had chance to pick it off the shelf. Considering I got there at 12.30 which was an hour and a half after the store opened why was my order not picked as soon as the store opened. I not only wasted time and diesel doing a 45 mile round trip to then be told they could order me another one online and have it delivered at an extra cost of ВЈ5.95 !!! This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store and speaking to someone else it has happened to them 3 times !!! I will never spend my money at Dunhelm again. If you are considering ordering online from Dunhelm to collect in store just be aware that when you get there your items may not be available because they have already sold them to other customers.
