    Very disappointed with Rydal Motors. Bought my BMW from them and trade din my Mini Cooper Sport. They took the V5Cs and promised to send them away on my behalf. They did not send the V5C away for the Mini even though they'd already sold it on to another buyer who allegedly had it SORN (without the relevant paperwork). This resulted in me battling the DVLA for nearly a year due to unpaid Road Tax and having to pay them over ВЈ100 which Rydal refused to refund me even though it was their fault. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
